曼谷泰式料理是一間位於國父紀念館附近的泰式餐廳。東區其實有非常多間泰式料理,光是國父紀念館以西、仁愛路與忠孝東路之間的泰式料理就有5-10間,所以能在這裡生存下來一定有2把刷子。

光復店的內部裝潢非常有熱帶風情。除了五彩繽紛的磁磚跟地磚外,牆壁也大量用熱帶雨林布飾裝飾。整體風格華麗。個人滿喜歡的,有塑造出一進餐廳就進入它想打造的世界。

來介紹目前吃過的菜色。個人覺得口味有因應台灣調整,不會太辣太鹹,但卻又可以保持泰式特色,也非常適合台灣人。

辣炒高麗菜。非常入味。辣椒有經過處理,吃起來完全不燙口。個人覺得比蝦醬還好吃XD

The spicy and sour seafood salad, although the coriander flavor is a bit overpowering, is a relatively ordinary dish.
月亮蝦餅讓我非常驚艷。吃過非常多家的月亮蝦餅,有些太薄餡料不夠、有些炸得過硬。但這裡的餡料非常厚實、表皮也很酥脆,是排名非常前面的月亮蝦餅。

瑪莎蔓咖哩豬。瑪莎曼是相對溫和的咖哩。這裡的咖哩非常符合預期,香料味道非常溫和滑順,豬肉也很入味。

打拋豬鹹度辣度剛好。 九層塔香氣足,番茄解膩。非常適合配白飯。

檸檬魚酸辣適中。魚入口即化,份量也很足。

每一道調味都非常剛好,該有的香辣鹹酸一個都沒少,配飯超級適合,會讓人一口接一口停不下來。
建議不同口味的菜可以綜合點,例如主打酸的檸檬魚配上鹹的打拋豬,再搭上個月亮蝦餅。吃起來就會非常互補。
The dishes at Bangkok Thai Cuisine had a perfect balance of flavors, combining spiciness, saltiness, and sourness in a delightful way. They were a great accompaniment to rice and absolutely delicious. I suggest trying a mix of flavors, such as the tangy lemon fish, savory minced pork, and moon-shaped shrimp cake, as they complement each other wonderfully.
個人覺得曼谷最大的優勢,就是在撇除主打平價的泰式餐廳中,價格非常划算,量跟味道卻保持一流水準。
青菜或蛋可以在200元以內; 打拋豬、椒麻雞等餐點也控制在250左右。
對於動輒300元以上的其他店家,算是非常便宜。推薦給大家!
What sets Bangkok Thai Cuisine apart is its excellent value for money compared to other Thai restaurants. The prices are reasonable, ranging from 200 NTD for vegetable or egg dishes to around 250 NTD for minced pork and pepper chicken. Considering the high-quality portions and flavors, it's a great deal, especially when many other places charge over 300 NTD. I highly recommend it to everyone!
