答給發力位在屏東三地門，一個極有特色的小城鎮。裡面的建築五彩繽紛，營業類型從教堂、文創小物販賣、到特色餐廳都有。

答給發力是裡面一家早午餐店。從店裡的擺設到裝潢都很有特色。

"Da Gei Fa Li" is a breakfast and brunch restaurant located in San Dimen, Pingtung, which is a remarkably distinctive small town. The buildings within the town are colorful and vibrant, offering a diverse range of businesses including churches, creative boutiques, and specialty restaurants.

"Da Gei Fa Li" itself stands out as a uniquely decorated establishment, both in terms of its interior arrangements and decor.

有鋼琴、書籍、實木桌子、古典風味的雕花椅。給人有種歐式跟當地風情的混合體。但是是賞心悅目的。

It features a piano, books, solid wood tables, and intricately carved chairs with a classical touch. It creates a delightful blend of European and local aesthetics, resulting in a visually pleasing atmosphere.

最經典的是排灣風味全餐。主菜石板豬外脆內嫩，調味不會過重。搭配右下角店家自製的沾醬，帶點酸甜滋味，達到很好的平衡。

其他的特色小品中，直得推薦的有珍珠丸子跟香腸。珍珠丸子裡面夾豬絞肉，外面的甜膩味被中間有嚼勁的鹹豬絞肉平衡的很好，會讓人一口接一口。

香腸感覺是自製的，有撒一點胡椒，搭配蒜頭也很過癮。

點心、水果、湯、沙拉等配餐就中規中矩。

The most iconic dish is the traditional Paiwan-style set meal. The main course, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, features slate-roasted pork with well-balanced seasoning that is not overpowering. It is served with the homemade dipping sauce in the bottom right corner, which has a slightly tangy and sweet flavor, achieving a wonderful balance.

Among the other standout specialties are the pearl meatballs and sausage. The pearl meatballs are stuffed with minced pork, striking a perfect balance between the sweetness of the exterior and the savory minced pork inside, making them utterly irresistible. The sausage feels homemade, sprinkled with a touch of pepper, and is particularly satisfying when paired with garlic.

The desserts, fruits, soups, and salads that accompany the meal are decent and in line with expectations.

大片的落地窗，讓窗外的綠樹一覽無遺，加上開放式廚房的設計，真的給人一種心曠神怡的感覺。是訪三地門的意外收穫。

The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed view of the lush trees outside, coupled with the open kitchen design, truly giving a sense of tranquility and delight. It was an unexpected gem during the visit to San Dimen.
