宜蘭的員山鄉內,有一間隱藏在農田間的獨棟建築,被人工闢建的小溪環繞。建築物以小牆作為分界點,同樣在小牆之內的,還有自耕的蔬菜花園,以及總是滿載的停車空間。

In the rural area of Yuanshan Township in Yilan, there is a secluded standalone building nestled amidst farmlands and surrounded by a man-made creek. The structure is divided by small walls, and within these boundaries, there is a self-cultivated vegetable garden and ample parking space.

一踏入就可以感覺到滿滿的溫馨感,且細看會發現到處是自產或合作的小農商品。有合作商推出的飲料,也有自家產出的醬料及手工布包。也可以看到當日新鮮的蔬菜。
整體的空間溫馨舒適,一樣採用大片落地窗,讓人可以一邊品嚐美食一邊欣賞美景。
Upon entering, the cozy atmosphere welcomes you with locally sourced products and homemade delights, showcasing their attention to detail. The space is comfortable, with large windows offering scenic views to complement the delectable food.
講了這麼多,還是要回歸到食物。食物是一切的靈魂所在。當然一定要好吃!
When it comes to the food itself, taste is everything, and it does not disappoint!
菜單寫在白板上,會隨著季節調整。也有常駐的手作料理,像是糕渣、芋頭糕等等。
食物的類型不定,主要是以新鮮、當地為主,海鮮是當天現捕的,另外也有肉類、菜類料理。
The menu, written on a whiteboard, adjusts according to the seasons. You'll find a variety of dishes, primarily focusing on fresh, local ingredients. From freshly caught seafood to meat and vegetable dishes, each offering is thoughtfully prepared and satisfying.
當天的第一道菜 - 店家自種的火焰菜, 搭上自製的獨特肉燥醬料。充滿香氣卻不會令人感覺油膩。火焰菜本身微微帶苦,跟肉燥的香甜感很搭。
The first dish of the day is the flame vegetable, grown by the restaurant itself, topped with their unique homemade minced meat sauce. It's fragrant without being greasy, with a slight bitterness that pairs well with the savory sweetness of the minced meat.
店家魯了一整天的竹筍五花肉。筍子非常軟爛。辣椒是很棒的點睛之筆,很好的降低吃滷食吃到後面的膩感。
The restaurant braises bamboo shoots with pork belly throughout the day. The tender bamboo shoots are complemented by a fantastic touch of spiciness, which prevents the dish from becoming too heavy.
Their standout dish is the stir-fried zucchini with pine-smoked pork. The tender pork, combined with wood ear mushrooms, baby corn, and cucumber, creates a delightful texture. Seasoned with XO sauce, it offers a satisfying umami flavor that pairs perfectly with rice. It's a remarkable and flavorful dish.
接下來是海鮮部分。這次選了店家推薦的魚種一魚兩吃。一面做剁椒,一面做魚湯。剁椒當然也是用店家自作的辣椒處理。辣椒香而不辣,甚至還帶有一些甜味的餘韻。一口於搭上蔥花跟辣椒,非常過癮。魚湯的部分湯頭鮮甜,也有附上4,5顆超飽滿的蛤蜊。唯一的小缺點就是魚肉稍嫌無味。
Seafood section offers two preparations of the recommended fish: diced with chili sauce and as fish soup. The homemade chili sauce is fragrant and subtly sweet, complemented by scallions. The flavorful fish soup includes 4 to 5 clams.
最後一道鹹食是每來必點的蒜蓉蝦配粄條。蒜蓉非常夠味。蝦已經開好背,吃起來非常方便,而且也可以充分吸收蒜蓉香。板條非常入味,有蒜香也有醬香。
The last savory dish is their must-try garlic shrimp with rice noodles. The garlic flavor is rich and satisfying. The shrimps are already deveined, making them easy to eat and allowing them to absorb the delicious garlic aroma. The rice noodles are well-seasoned with both garlic and sauce flavors.
To finish off the meal, the restaurant provides a seasonal dessert. The star of the dessert is almond, which is unique as it's neither tofu pudding nor sticky rice cake.
好春好然是我們每次來宜蘭必定造訪的店家。個人認為比宜蘭常見的無菜單套餐料理更精緻、更新鮮。
最愛這裡的醬料,不僅自製的很多,而且調味都剛剛好,不會過油過鹹;搭配的菜色也都很適當。食材當然也不用說,絕對有品質保證。
推薦這家充滿人情味的餐廳,只有在這裡才能品嚐的美味。獨一無二且具有宜蘭特色。
